Majety Prahladarao Charities was started in the year 1977 and it's goals, among other things, include providing financial assistance to poor students, giving scholarships to meritorious students, helping poor families in celebrating weddings and offering donations to organisations and events that are for the welfare of the general public.As per the provisions of the trust deed, family members of the founders will become the trustees and thus the Majety Prahladarao Charities is presently run by the founder's son and his family.”
